Rainbow is coming

I really like this image, I was attracted by it because of the warm tone and the person leaping in the air with the umbrella. It's an unique pose, reminds me of Singing in the Rain. I like the reflection of the sun against the cars and on the street, it adds an overall warmth to the photo and not just in the sky. There is a glare from the sun on the photo but I suppose that can't be helped. I see there seems to be specks of water, I'm guessing, on the photo, it can be viewed as distracting but not to the point to where I don't like the photo.
